We Lost the field and demolition has begun
Well, I suppose you’ve heard some form of the bad news by now but, just in case you haven’t,
we’ve been given “official word” to vacate the flying field site in something like a ‘couple’ of
weeks. This is going to take a full court press and will require as many hands as we can muster.
I’m presently shooting for a major effort the weekend of the 12th and 13th but don’t let that stop
you from taking individual initiative prior to then. Just remember that everything at the field
belongs to the club collectively and we’re looking for a place to store it until we find a new
home.
Keep on the lookout for a new field site and feel free to contact me with any information or
suggestions.
